How I work with Individual Students
I teach Transcendental Meditation® in a simple, time-tested format that's appropriate for every student. The process begins with a free introductory talk, followed by personal instruction and a series of three (3) follow-up support sessions designed to support your new practice.
Whether you're new to Transcendental Meditation® or returning after time away, I guide each person with care, patience, and respect. My goal is to help you establish a lifelong practice that brings more calm, clarity, and energy into your everyday life.
The Process
The Introduction
We begin with a free, informal talk (Zoom session) where I introduce the principles of Transcendental Meditation®, how it works, and what you can expect. This session is designed to help you determine if TM is the right path for you.
First Session
In a one-on-one session, I teach you the TM technique in a quiet, private setting. This is a personalized experience, taught in the same way it has been passed down for centuries — one teacher to one student.
Three Follow-Up Sessions
Over the next several days, we’ll meet for a series of three (3) follow-up sessions that deepen your understanding, answer questions, and help you feel confident in your daily practice. These sessions are held across three consecutive days that follow the First Session.
Continued Support
After instruction, you’ll have the option to stay connected. I’m available for check-ins, refreshers, and encouragement as you continue your journey.

Transcendental Meditation® is for anyone who wants to reduce stress, improve focus, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and clarity.
I work with students of all ages and backgrounds — from professionals navigating busy lives to retirees seeking balance to those simply looking for a more peaceful way to meet each day.
I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma or long-term stress and are seeking a natural, grounded path to healing.
No prior experience with meditation is necessary. What matters most is a willingness to show up for yourself — gently and with curiosity.
