Meet David McLaren

I’ve spent much of my life exploring the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. After retiring from my career as a neurologist, I found myself called to share something even more profound: a practice that allows each of us to reconnect with the quiet intelligence within — Transcendental Meditation®.

Teaching TM is not a job — it’s a joy. I work with people of all backgrounds who are ready to release stress, increase focus, and live with more clarity and ease.

A Bridge Between Science and Stillness

I practiced medicine for more than 30 years as a board-certified neurologist, helping patients navigate the complexities of the brain and nervous system. Throughout my career, I remained curious about the deeper nature of consciousness — and how true wellness extends beyond the physical.

Today, I offer Transcendental Meditation instruction rooted in scientific understanding and deep personal practice. My goal is simple: to empower others to experience the peace and power already within them.

True change doesn’t come from effort or willpower — it comes from reconnecting with what’s already within us.

Transcendental Meditation® isn’t a technique to add something new; it’s a gentle return to your natural state of clarity, stillness, and energy.

I teach from a place of experience, presence, and trust in the proven process.

It’s not about fixing anything — it’s about connecting within.”
